These terms apply to use of this website and to the quotation process for IMEXHOME container buildings. Terms for a specific order — price, specification, payment schedule, delivery terms and warranty — are set out in the quotation and sales contract issued for that order, which take precedence over this page.
Product descriptions, photographs, drawings, dimensions and performance figures on this site are provided as a general guide. Container buildings are made to order, so the finished unit follows the approved specification and drawing rather than this website. Dimensions may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
Indicative prices and lead times are given in good faith and are typically valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Steel, insulation, glass and freight rates move with the market; a quotation that has expired may be revised. A quotation becomes an order only when we confirm it in writing and the agreed deposit is received.
Standard terms are a deposit to begin production and the balance before shipment. We do not ask buyers to finance production. Production begins when the deposit clears and the final specification and layout drawing are approved in writing by you.
You are responsible for confirming that the approved drawing meets your market's requirements — including size thresholds, electrical standards, structural expectations and installation rules. We are glad to advise, and we will build to the number you confirm, but local compliance approval remains the buyer's responsibility.
Every order may be inspected, photographed and video-checked before shipment, either by you, by your nominated agent, or by a third-party inspection service at your cost. We will provide reasonable access to the production line for that purpose.
Delivery terms are stated in each quotation. Unless agreed otherwise, risk passes according to the stated Incoterm, and shipping time is outside our control once the goods are handed to the carrier. We will provide the loading plan and export documentation needed for clearance.
Warranty terms for structure, finishes, electrical and plumbing components are stated in the order contract and follow the manufacturer's standard terms. Consumables, and damage arising from transport, incorrect installation, site modification or use outside the intended purpose, are not covered.
Photographs, drawings and text on this site remain the property of IMEXHOME or its manufacturing partner and may not be reused commercially without written permission. Where we produce units under your brand, your trademarks remain yours, and we will not present your customer information to third parties.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or costs arising from delays outside our control.
Unless a sales contract states otherwise, these terms and any contract arising from them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by discussion, it will be referred to the competent court or arbitration body named in the sales contract.
